Acceptance of these Terms

Using the Service means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and only for lawful purposes.

The Service

OptionLab lets you build multi-leg options strategies and visually analyze potential profit, loss, risk and related metrics. It is an analytical and educational tool.

No investment advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction — see our Disclaimer for details. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription plans and billing

Free trial: OptionLab currently offers a 7-day free trial where applicable. The trial is available once per eligible account or user, according to the Service's rules.

Monthly plan: $15/month, billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Annual plan: the standard recurring price is $149/year, billed on a recurring annual basis.

Promotional or discounted pricing may apply when explicitly offered at checkout. The price displayed and accepted at checkout governs that specific purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable plan price until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the subscription-management tools available inside OptionLab. Cancelling stops future renewal, but does not necessarily end access immediately — access may continue through the remainder of the period you already paid for, according to your subscription status.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. Subscribing also means you agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms for processing your payment.

Market data and manual input

Market data shown in the Service may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. You may also enter data manually. OptionLab does not guarantee the accuracy of any market data, or of calculations derived from it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by OptionLab or its licensors. No rights are granted to you beyond using the Service as intended.

Prohibited use

You may not reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, access it without authorization, use it for unlawful purposes, or engage in scraping or other automated abuse.

Availability and changes to the Service

The Service may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OptionLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for investment or trading losses arising from use of the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
